Set sail for a great REALTORS® Expo in San Diego!

Houston, TX - August 1, 2009 - As vendors from all-over plan prepare to come to San Diego and "show off" their latest gadgets and ideas, AccuShow boasts yet another year of full scheduling automation. Namely, it has now been four years since the company first placed the magic Instant Free Signup button on its website before the New Orleans NARdiGras® Expo in 2006. Today, it looks like it is about to go on the fifth year as the only service doing precisely the same thing. Rumor has it that both Centralized Showing Service (aka CSS) and eShowings are planning to beef up their "Internet front-end," but it is clear that both players are far from allowing any agent or broker licensee to enroll without jumping through the hoops of the industry's traditions - e.g., pick up the phone, call a rep, end up in her voicemail, (get frustrated), leave a message, get a callback (after the weekend is over, of course), pull out a gun and hold it in the sales rep's face, and then finally (if you are still sane), fill out a form and... sure enough, get your account name and password the next day. Kansas-based Showing Solutions has tried to provide a more effective signup mechanism, but after about 4 clicks past their big SIGNUP button, their website will tell you that a representative will get back to you within 24 hours. (This is one of multiple reasons why AccuShow is not interested in buying Showing Solutions, which is doing poorly and is expecting a low-ball CSS acquisition bid.) And how about eShowings? Point, click, and... ta-da: "please call us or else we will get back to you shortly." And ShowingTime? "Go ahead and fill out this form, and our team from Illinois will call you to set up a web presentation." AccuShow CEO Alexander Nizhni asks rhetorically: "Does this not tell you why AccuShow is cheaper than the rest of the showing service flock?" Indeed, today's REALTOR® boards and MLS platforms want to work with vendors who will deliver day or night, rain or shine. Can your scheduling and feedback vendor do that? If not, you are not working with AccuShow; and so, get with the program - join the Showing Revolution.
