Press Release
A great benchmark: 150 thousand users

Houston, TX - January 31, 2010 - This month AccuShow user count has reached 150 thousand. Looking back in history, the road was bumpy to get here: markets have been tough, and industry sentiments have been unpromising. But despite all odds, AccuShow has grown methodically and unmistakably to reach this exciting user level - second to none in active participation. This means, simply put, that AccuShow not only has 150,000 agent heads in its agent and broker database (that's not the case - AccuShow has over a million), but it boasts a user base of real estate industry professionals who routinely use the system to schedule buyer and seller appointments. AccuShow also continues to be the most diverse service in the showing business, meaning that its user base is spread widely across hundreds of U.S. markets, including Alaska and Hawaii. To explain, when you go to the website of the company's competitor from Kansas known as CSS (Centralized Showing Service), you will see a dropdown with about 50 cities. On the other hand, if you visit AccuShow.com and go to the registration page (the infamous Instant Free Signup button), you will choose from the 50 states plus DC, and then you will specify your MLS or REALTOR® board - that's about one and a half thousand MLS markets coast to coast, literallty. In and of itself, this broad market penetration is of mainly sentimental value. But it clearly exhibits AccuShow's success in following its mission - to improve the way real estate professionals conduct business in all markets, large or small. In turn, this also demonstrates AccuShow's success in designing "the perfect showing system" - one that works everywhere equally well.

Company's competitors will argue: "AccuShow still only has a couple of relatively small call centers!" Well, this is an easy rebuttal. First, AccuShow's call centers are relatively small and still employ under 200 operators because a vast number of its users enjoy the resources offered on the AccuShow.com for virtual, human-less scheduling (like it or not, AccuShow is very good at scheduling online). And second, no company running regional operations can service all clients well. This is because when operators - like those working for other showing services - are trained to perform tasks in a certain specific way, they fail to do a good job when calls from an unfamiliar new market start coming in. This problem affects all of the company's competitors. But for AccuShow the problem does not exist, because all its appointments are requested and processed in the same way - exactly as the listing agent requires. This is true whether the request comes in by phone or online. The number of AccuShow's call centers, on the other hand, is simply a function of its successful technology, which is robust enough to handle the business of every REALTOR® in the nation through the same digital facilities without "regionalizing" phone or Internet pipelines to prevent hardware failures (this regionalization costs AccuShow's competitors an extra million or two every year in overhead, resulting into higher service prices - a "little problem" that no real estate professional wants to deal with).
