Pay As You Go Plan (PAX3) - pay $14.95 to $26.95 one-time fee per listing
DESCRIPTION: Pay a one-time fee when you enter a new listing. If you enter more than one new listing in any one-month billing cycle, your price for each subsequent listing will be lower. With this plan you will also pay less for vacant listings on electronic boxes with no confirmation.
- Note: a special discounted version of this plan is available for franchises and offices/teams of 11 or more agents.
- Note: there are no recurring monthly fees of any kind with this plan.		ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The more you list, the lower your per-listing price will be. This plan offers TWO listing types. The regular type (Maximum™ listing) costs $26.95 for the first new listing in any month, $23.95/ea for new listings 2-5 in any month, and $20.95/ea for new listing(s) 6+ in any month. The discounted type (Liberty™ listing - vacant, electronic box, no confirmation) costs $19.95 for the first new listing in any month, $17.95/ea for new listings 2-5 in any month, and $14.95/ea for new listing(s) 6+ in any month.
Smart Saver Plan (012V) - pay $7.95 one-time fee per listing
DESCRIPTION: Pay a flat Smart Saver Fee of $14.95 every month, and enjoy AccuShow's lowest per-listing prices - a low one-time fee (not a monthly fee!) of only $7.95 for each NEW listing. This low one-time fee will apply to up to 3 new listings in any one monthly billing cycle. If you enter 4 or more new listings in any one monthly billing cycle, listing 4 and up will incur a one-time fee of $22.95 each.
- Note: a special discounted version of this plan is available for franchises and offices/teams of 11 or more agents.
- Note: there are no recurring monthly fees for your 'revolving' (unsold) listings; the only recurring monthly fee on this plan is the flat Smart Saver Fee.		EXAMPLE:
  • June - 2 new listings: pay $14.95 plus 2x$7.95 ($30.85 total).
  • July - 0 new listings: pay $14.95.
  • August - 4 new listings: pay $14.95 plus 3x$7.95 plus 1x$22.95 ($61.75 total).
    • GOLD PLAN - $33/mo for up to 3 new monthly listings
    DESCRIPTION: Pay a flat Gold Plan Fee of $33 every month for up to 3 included NEW listings per month. If you enter 4 or more new listings in any one monthly billing cycle, new listings 4 and up will incur a one-time fee of $22.95 each.
    - Note: there are no recurring monthly fees for your 'revolving' (unsold) listings; the only recurring monthly fee on this plan is the flat Gold Plan Fee.    		EXAMPLE:
  • June - 3 new listings: pay $33.00.
  • July - 0 new listings: pay $33.00.
  • August - 4 new listings: pay $33.00 plus 1x$22.95 for one extra listing ($55.95 total).
    • DIAMOND PLAN - $49/mo for up to 5 new monthly listings
    DESCRIPTION: Pay a flat Diamond Plan Fee of $49 every month for up to 5 included NEW listings per month. If you enter 6 or more new listings in any one monthly billing cycle, new listings 6 and up will incur a one-time fee of $21.95 each.
    - Note: there are no recurring monthly fees for your 'revolving' (unsold) listings; the only recurring monthly fee on this plan is the flat Diamond Plan Fee.    		EXAMPLE:
  • June - 5 new listings: pay $49.00.
  • July - 0 new listings: pay $49.00.
  • August - 6 new listings: pay $49.00 plus 1x$21.95 for one extra listing ($70.95 total).
    • PRODUCER PLAN - $65/mo for up to 7 new monthly listings
    DESCRIPTION: Pay a flat Producer Plan Fee of $65 every month for up to 7 included NEW listings per month. If you enter 8 or more new listings in any one monthly billing cycle, new listings 8 and up will incur a one-time fee of $17.95 each.
    - Note: there are no recurring monthly fees for your 'revolving' (unsold) listings; the only recurring monthly fee on this plan is the flat Producer Plan Fee.    		EXAMPLE:
  • June - 7 new listings: pay $65.00.
  • July - 0 new listings: pay $65.00.
  • August - 8 new listings: pay $65.00 plus 1x$17.95 for one extra listing ($82.95 total).
