Guaranteed-25 PROMO (NAR-72): $11.95/mo and $25.00/listing
PLAN TYPE: INDIVIDUAL (a discounted plan version is available for offices) BEST SUITED FOR: Best money-saving promo in a long time - good for anyone! DESCRIPTION: Pay a monthly Guaranteed-25 Promo Fee of $11.95 and enjoy a guaranteed low one-time price of only $25.00 for each NEW listing. This plan has no volume limit: each new listing will cost the same - $25 each.	Plan Highlights: Low per-listing fee; low monthly fee. Additional Info (example): May - 1 new listing: pay $11.95 + 1x$25.00 = $36.00 total. June - 0 new listings: pay $11.95 total. July - 5 new listings: pay $11.95 + 5x$25.00 = $136.95 total. More: No commitment/cancel any time, no signup fee.

Smart-15 PROMO (NAR-116): $25.95/mo and $15.00/listing
PLAN TYPE: INDIVIDUAL BEST SUITED FOR: Agents listing 1-5 homes a month. DESCRIPTION: Pay a monthly Smart-15 Promo Fee of $25.95 and enjoy AccuShow's lowest per-listing prices - a one-time fee of $15.00 for each NEW listing. This price will apply to up to 4 new listings in any monthly bill cycle; new listings 5 and up in the same bill cycle will incur a one-time fee of $29.95 each.	Plan Highlights: Lowest possible per-listing fee. Additional Info (example): May - 2 new listings: $25.95 +2x$15.00 = $55.95. June - 0 new listings: $25.95. July - 5 new listings: $25.95+4x$15.00+1x$29.95 =$115.90. More: No commitment/cancel any time, no signup fee.

Easy-5 PROMO (NAR-85): $99.00/mo for up to 5 new listings/mo
PLAN TYPE: INDIVIDUAL (a discounted plan version is available for offices) BEST SUITED FOR: Agents listing 3 or more homes a month. DESCRIPTION: Pay a flat monthly Easy-5 Promo Fee of $99 for up to 5 included NEW listings per month. If you enter 6 or more new listings in any one monthly billing cycle, new listings 6 and up will incur a one-time fee of $26.95 each.	Plan Highlights: A no-brainer for busy agents. Additional Info (example): May - 5 new listings: pay $99.00. June - 3 new listings: pay $99.00. July - 6 new listings: pay $99.00 + 1x$26.95 = $125.95. More: No commitment/cancel any time, no signup fee.

Pay As You Go! More Listings - Lower Rate!
PLAN TYPE: INDIVIDUAL BEST SUITED FOR: Agents listing 0-5 listings a month. DESCRIPTION: Pay a small monthly service charge and a one-time fee when you enter a new listing. If you enter more than one new listing in any monthly billing cycle, your price for each subsequent listing will be automatically lower.	Plan Highlights: Pay less as you list more; small monthly service charge of $3.99. Additional Info: The more you list, the lower your per-listing price will be. The first new listing in any month costs $50.00; the second new listing in the same month costs $40.00; new listing(s) 3 and up in the same month cost only $35.00 each. More: No commitment/cancel any time, no signup fee.

Team Sense (NAR-92): $299.00/mo for a team/office of up to 22 agents
PLAN TYPE: OFFICES, GROUPS, TEAMS OR BUSY SOLO AGENTS BEST SUITED FOR: Realtor groups, teams or offices listing 5-20 homes a month. DESCRIPTION: A monthly Team Sense Fee of $299.00 includes up to 22 agents AND up to 13 NEW team/office listings per month. Extra agents are $7.00/mo/ea.
