AccuShow Privacy Policy

We recognize the importance of protecting the personal information you provide at Web sites owned by AccuShow. We maintain the following privacy policy:

  1. We gather the following types of information needed to process your orders and requests and to maintain AccuShow customer and user records:
    1. Contact information you provide (for example, your personal and business addresses, phone and fax numbers, firm name);
    2. Tracking information which our Web Site automatically records each time you visit AccuShow.com or communicate with us by email (for example, your domain name, your email address, and what pages you visit); and
    3. Information you volunteer, via applications or surveys (for example, salutations, affiliations with real estate organizations and other general data).

    1. Notify you of web site updates and improve or customize site content or layout;
    2. Notify you of relevant products, services, programs, promotions, and events;
    3. Compile specialty directories about which you will be made aware;
    4. Track web site usage trends and measure site traffic;

    1. Other authorized users of AccuShow service (information to be provided ONLY in the context of specific listings; in other words, another AccuShow user cannot simply look you up in the AccuShow user directory to find out all your contact information).
    2. Other approved product or service vendors for the limited purpose of contacting targeted groups of AccuShow users, through marketing media approved by AccuShow (other vendors will NOT have access to your contact information for consequent reuse because AccuShow will contact you on behalf of those vendors).
    3. When required by law or valid legal process, or to protect the personal safety of other AccuShow users or the general public.
    4. If AccuShow should ever want to share your information with a product or service vendor for a special promotion, you will be notified prior to your participation in the promotion, and you will have a chance to approve or not approve your participation.
  5. Credit information that you and credit authorizers provide when you make payments by credit card will only be used to process the transactions which you incur. This information will be provided to and maintained by reputable credit reporting databases, but will never be sold, shared or provided to other third parties.
  6. AccuShow maintains security standards and methods which are believed to be as safe as today's technology maximally permits. We test these procedures and modify them regularly as new technologies become feasible.
  7. We utilize a strict Opt-Out policy for sending online notifications regarding services, products and programs.
