| I tried to show the Ella Lee home four times while it was listed with [another showing service's feedback], but all my requests were declined. Once the listing agent switched to AccuShow, it was smooth sailing. I wondered if something changed. Nope - the home is still occupied and still requires approvals for all showings. I think AccuShow simply doesn't have all the free riders (foreclosure agents paying next to nothing for a million showings a day) that other showing services carry, which affects their call queues and causes them to burn out. | The MLS said that there was an offer on the Tamarind Terrace home, and so my buyer decided to forego this one and view other properties. It was about 10pm (and of course the listing agent didn't answer the phone), but this home seemed sooo nice. Then I logged into the AccuShow website and (surprise!) it allowed me to request an exception for the early morning showing the next day. Sure enough, the occupants approved the showing online in moments. And now the other offer is no more - we were fast enough to submit our offer and to get it accepted by noon! I've been using it for over 2 years now, I've put my REO listings on it, all of those that are plain vanilla, here's the code and go. It's proved to be an enormous time saver - the feedback I am getting is very positive (about its ease of use). It includes an automated email feedback loop, so that I get feedback on the showings, and a "blast email" function, so that I can send out price changes (etc) to everyone who has shown the property. I'm not using it for those properties which are "special" e.g., needing a mold release before entry. I'm really happy with it. Price is reasonable, and they let you do a 30 day free trial. | Thanks for your quick help on the phone yesterday, and today, and every day! I want you to know that the appointment setting feedback I am getting from agents is overwhelmingly positive. Also, no one thinks about the feedback part when it comes to using your service. I can custom design a feedback form without even leaving your website - right when my seller and I sit at the table during the listing presentation. I have talked to agents using other services, and they had to pay membership fees, talk to sales people, and fill out forms to sign up for this type of service... What a waste of time. Last but not least, I just got a contract on a house that was on the market for one week with about 13 AccuShow appointments, and very few agents called me first. It's simple and wonderful.
